As per our phone call today I just wanted to say what a great job your 2 installers did at my place under difficult circumstances yesterday. They were polite and there to do a job to the best of their ability and that was evident from the start.

Under difficult circumstances pulling wire that just didn’t want to go where it needed to due to electrical works previously done. They kept their cool and thought their way through the situation until they had a win and finished the job off beautifully right down to showing us the little tricks with regard to the Remote control. They cleaned up after themselves without leaving a scrap of anything behind, you wouldn’t have known they were even there.

A bit of feedback- all of the boys that worked on installing the reverse cycle units were very professional and fast workers. They were also quick to fix a problem that arose because of bad wiring (during the building of my house) in the front bedroom.

Good Morning 🙂 I just wanted to send a note to you guys to say thank you so much for your service. My house in Mumballup is so much more bearable now that the air conditioner has been installed. However, at every step the service from your company from the shop to the technicians has been fantastic. I have been in the service/events industry for a long time and I know how quickly people are to criticise and slower off the mark to simply say thank you. So I thought I would send this officially to thank the whole team for looking after me! The air con came in specific handy on that first 40 degree day/night!!
